Binding Legal Conditions
- Authorized Access Only: Access is strictly restricted to enrolled students, verified parents/guardians, accredited faculty members, and approved administrative staff of partner educational institutions.
- Account Responsibility: Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, OTPs, and biometric PINs. Any activity occurring under your profile is legally imputed to the registered account holder.
- Institutional Authority: Your educational institution retains overarching authority to suspend, revoke, or modify student user privileges based on academic standing or disciplinary conduct.
Modifications to Terms of Service
Vidyasetu reserves the statutory right to revise or amend these terms periodically to align with evolving educational telecommunication laws or payment aggregator updates. Notification of substantive changes will be broadcast across institutional admin portals 15 days prior to enforcement. Continued usage implies binding assent to updated provisions.
